  My main duty is to develop, promote and drive adoption of Sales Incentive Programs portfolio to support Cisco Partners across EMEA Region. My objective to drive incremental business and profitable growth for Cisco and its Partners. The portfolio of incentives drives $2B of revenue (20% of EMEA business) and consists of deal registration incentives (granting upfront discount), backend rebate programs and various tactical, time limited, promotions.

  Biggest Cisco backend rebate program in Europe, accounting for ~$100M of payments per year to Cisco Partners. Responsible for program governance, program communications and trainings. Also in charge of program daily operations (managing a support team) and program development in collaboration with WW program team as well as Architecture Go To Market teams (Networking, Collaboration and Data Center).

  Main missions: implement Partner Capacity planning process and system across Europe.
  Design and launch the deal registration plateform for Cisco Partners in Europe: moving from multiple tools to one integrated global plateform.

  Paris 2003 - 2006 Project manager within processes & systems organization.
  
  Main mission: in charge of developping and implementing sales tools and e-commerce applications for accessories of the major Kesa brands: Darty (France), Comet (UK), BCC (Netherlands) and Vanden Borre (Belgium).

• HP France - Supply-Chain Project Manager

  COURTABOEUF 2000 - 2003 Supply-Chain Project Manager for HP Europe Customer Service division.
  
  Design and launch a new shipping plateform for European distribution center (37,000 m2). Phase-out of legacy processes and systems. Implementation of an EDI plateform integrated with carriers.
  
  Part of SAP design team: leading supply-chain and order management domain for Europe.

• Bull Italy - Supply-Chain process manager

  1998 - 2000 Supply-Chain Process Manager working for Customer Support division, based in Milan, Italy.
  
  Main mission: domestic distribution network outsourcing to a 3rd party logistics vendor in Italy. From tender to implementation of local and central warehouses and inbound/outbound transportation flows.
  Part of my duty after was also to measure performance and metrics to evaluate bonus or penalties for 3PL
