• Setting up a common baseline of CAD methodologies for all design offices. Consolidation of requirements for the drafting and validation of functional specification of the PLM tool (V6R2011x ENOVIA). Management of functional test scenario. Creation of user guide and training guide. Delivering a training on PLM tools and procedures associated for each group site then accompany and check their implementation by managing a network of functional and operational correspondents aims.
• Context: The company had several divisions in Europe and had acquired several entities worldwide. Each group division functioned in an independent way. There were no PLM tools in the group, therefore, the objective was to successfully implement a new tool (V6R2011x ENOVIA) and to interface with other tools (GED ‘Silverpeas’ and ERP ‘SAP’) for the whole group.
