Louis began his career in 1998 with General Electric Healthcare on supply chain performance and manufacturing optimization issues during new products introduction phase. Then he joined the energy practice of Accenture in 2001 as a consultant and worked actively in the oil & gas downstream sector in Europe. During 12 years of business consulting with Accenture, Sia Partners and Mazars Consulting, he delivered about 100 engagements in the energy & industry sector.

Louis has an in-depth vision of the energy sector and is often interviewed as a specialist by journalists (like Le Monde, Les Echos and Challenges). He is also an active lecturer in business schools. His main areas of expertise are based on corporate strategy, investment and operation performance improvement.

He has conducted significant strategic engagements at C-level to a variety of companies in oil & gas and power distribution sectors. He focused, among others, on operational and financial performance improvement, cost reduction programs, asset efficiency, organization design and complex project management.

    Mazars is a leading provider of professional services, which include audit, transactions, restructuring, tax, financial and risk advisory. The consulting business unit is tasked developing new clients across Europe, maximizing operational and financial performance.

    Responsible for creating the company’s advisory department over EMEA, driving cost reduction and restructuring offer.
    Acted as a director on engagements, driving consultant teams, advising on delivery methods and operational techniques.

    Key achievements:

    - Strong contribution to the creation of the Mazars consulting team (24 M€, 140 consultants)
    - Lead client relationship and engagements at C-level on financial and operational improvement in the energy and industrial sectors
