    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2008 - 2010 • Performed over 15 Buy and Sell side financial due diligence on French and international transactions, for investment funds and corporations. Publicly disclosed deals included: Acquisition of Uramin by Areva for $2.5bn, disposal by Safran of its loss-making Mobile Phone branch (700 employees), acquisition by JER partners of a minority stake in Immobel for €48m.
    • Led engagement teams, coordinated work with bankers, lawyers, strategy consultants
    • Performed complex financial analyses (normalisation of earnings, debt, estimation of cash flows)
    • Prepared an operational business plan to help management pilot the activity of a newly acquired business for a major energy corporation.
    • Created a business plan and a profitability analysis tool by program in a change-resisting environment, for a leading subcontractor in the Aerospace industry (€1.0bn turnover).

    Neuilly-sur-Seine 2003 - 2006 • Acted as Manager for Rexam, a major packaging company: Coordinated the audit of 7 sites in France with a team of 15 auditors; presented conclusions to the senior management team and ensured follow-up.
    • Supervised the audit on French and international firms including Technip (engineering for the Oil & Gas industry), Merck, SNET (Peak-energy producer operating coal plants), Philip Morris, Ecolab (leader in cleaning products and services).
    • Trained and mentored junior and senior auditors.
