    ● Main project : find a new pasteurization scale for a new product: pesto sauce

    ● Secondary project : find a new ascorbic acid concentration in apple sauce

    ● Other tasks performed :

    - GMP trainings to production operators for a new process
    - Preparation/improvement/shipment of samples : tomato sauces, compotes, jams, vegetables preparations (ratatouilles, piperade...), fruit purées...
    - Use of laboratory materials (e.g : pH-,aW-, texture-, density-, sodium-, visco-meters)
    - Participation of products development: sensory test, new raw material selection
