The entrepreneurial spirit is part of my DNA, as I was involved in the creation of the first company I worked with, whose activity was to provide industrial companies with business development engineers. As a member of the management team, I had the chance to be involved in various areas such as business development, key account management, project leadership, people management.
I joined Aroma Performance in 2011 as a distribution manager in EMEA. One year later, in my capacity as Head of Sales of the zone for Aroma Ingredients, I reorganized and managed the commercial team to accompany the launch of a new product range, with a specific focus on individuals’ development. Since then, I have continued growing my activities, extending my scope to the whole GBU portfolio, strengthening relations with customers and monitoring objectives...

    Paris 2016 - maintenant GBU activity: Aroma Performance gathers 3 businesses: Aroma Ingredients (flavors and ingredients for food & flavors industry, main product being vanillin); Inhibitors Solutions (monomers stabilizers and polymerization inhibitors) and CPHS (intermediates for agro and pharma). TO 2015: € 380 m.

    - Coordinated with all functions to prepare the launch
