    2009 - 2014 Development of photocurable and highly transparent nano-composite coatings with high refractive index for optical articles. Development of photocurable and highly transparent resins for 3D printing.

    ● Improved a coating chemical composition which led to a reduction of troublesome light scattering by a factor of 10 and to the filing of a patent to claim this technical breakthrough (filing ongoing).
    ● Lead a collaboration with a French institute which led to a technology transfer from the institute to our company, hiring of additional staff and fabrication of unique home-made resin filler for high performance coatings.
    ● Defined team strategic approach for research program, and managed plans of experiments for laboratory work.
    ● Established business relationships with over 30 Japanese companies for supplying of new cutting-edge chemicals used in coatings and resins developments.
    ● Volunteered for building up informal communication chains between French and Japanese staff as team building support.
