  Nozay 2016 - maintenant The scope of my experience evolved from development to System Test with different interfaces (support to internal customers, work with different UE vendors) in different environments (Linux/Android/Windows) in complexe systems (real and simulated complete environment with regular evolution) and for Customer critical investigations (call drops investigations in many different realistic radio/traffic scenarios).
  I love the world of test for the complete functional picture it offers by :
  -Readings specifications (3gpp ..) and see what impact they have
  -Defining test plan and specifying tools needed/ Driving tool installation, RF calibration
  -Running Test / daily status
  -Investigating call drops or Quality of service issues
  -Involving identified team/ Coordinating pb resolution
  Through my experience in UK , I have shown a great ability to adapt to different environments. I am highly motivated for a job in which my human and technical skills will be required.

• Alcatel Lucent - LTE IOT System Test engineer

  * LTE QoS/KPI: Investigation of call drops / quality of service issues on long run scenarios with different radio/traffic conditions. Analysis on all software layers (from RRC to L1 layer)
  (7 years) RF Calibration of bench (PA/spirents)
  * LTE IOT System Test engineer: Study and test of new features (Rach format2, Volte SPS, ANR, TTI bundling, EMBMS) with different UE constructors (Qualcomm, Apple, Nvidia, HTC ) using Android for most of them in a complete ALU system (EUTRAN + EPC) in a Linux and Windows environment
  Technical lead on new hardware (spirent , ercom core network simulator) (planning/coordination/installation/verification with the vendor)
  * UMTS IOT System Test engineer: Study and test of new features (amr, hspa+, dual cell, FDPCH) with different UE constructors (Qualcomm, Nokia) in a complete ALU system (UTRAN + core PS/CS) )
  Regression tests coding using ALU automation tool (EasyTest)
  * Sub Sytem Test engineer: Transfer of competencies to India of BTS UMTS integration (tests specs, plan and support) . Development of Perl scripts to parse test results. ;

• Alcatel-Lucent - Software integration validation

  Paris 2009 - maintenant - Integration of new features with different UE vendors. (one week session with vendors) in a complete ALU LTE network (EUTRAN + EPC)
  - Technical prime on features. (feature study such as Rach format2, Volte, ANR.. / test cases description / dry run / presentation / session)
  - Support to internal customers for UE related issues.
  Done similar job in UMTS and inter rat.
  
  Used tools such as Agilent, sniffer/wireshark (Telecom/IP Protocol Analyzer), spirent Test Center (Network Traffic generator/analyzer) , spirent wireless channel emulator (SR5500) to simulate delay/ path loss .. ercom to emulate missing part of EPC, and different proprietary tools to upgrade/configure/take traces on UEs, to analyze radio performance from BTS traces in UMTS/LTE (CDMx/Sherpa)

• Motorola - SOFTWARE INTEGRATION

  Gif sur Yvette 2005 - 2008 * Analysis, development and tests of network protocols (with RFCs of DHCP, TFTP, RIP).
