    2014 - maintenant - Supervising a team of 06 professionals + temporary workers, we aim to provide dedicated support and advisory to the Board of Directors, follow up and getting relevant authorizations/permits to facilitate the implementation of MOHA strategies within the West and Central Africa Cluster and ensure compliance with laws and regulations of each jurisdiction where the organization operates.

    2013 - 2014 Reporting to the CEO with a dotted line to the General Counsel, my job purpose principally consists of setting up and managing a team of professionals (jurists and also property), in providing proactive and reactive legal advisory and governance services to the Board, the Management, and to all departments of the company with the objective of securitizing commercial transactions, mitigating inherent legal risks and financial losses, and ensuring that business is carried within the backdrop of high corporate governance principles and compliance to relevant industry / company laws and regulations.

    2008 - 2013 In Human Resources activities, the key strategic objectives of our team was to assure a long-term healthy ambient and good personnel performance to accompany the business’s growth. We significantly increased staff motivation through various techniques and we successfully reduced major internal conflicts through effective communication policy. As part of our medium term objectives, I developed and managed for 12 month the HR Firm that provided key HR facilities (Talent, Recruitment, Performance & Rewards, Development & competence management) to the Group.

    In the Legal role, after setting the team, we increased legal awareness within the group and succeeded supporting the group to finalize various Joint Ventures agreements with interested foreign partners.
    We significantly reduced insurance extra costs, and designed a policy that successfully enabled the recovery of up to 85% of bad debts in 1 year, and actively contributed in various policies drafting.
    By making the companies interest a MUST, and providing dedicated support and advice to management and the Board, the group extended its portfolio and enhanced its position in the market.
