    Responsible for managing 6 team members and 3 VP HRs based in New-York, Paris and Singapore Missions & Achievements:
    -Co-construction & development of the Brand Strategy as a luxury brand (from 4 to 5 stars) and
    operating model (from subsidiaries and franchised to managed hotels)
    -Define, develop and implement Sofitel human resources vision in line with Sofitel repositioning strategy

    Responsible for managing the 2 team members based in Paris and work with the 5 VP HRs based in Dallas, Paris, Dubai and Bangkok.

    Missions & Achievements:
    -Project leader to coordinate and manage the organizational changes structure & operations
    -Realign the organization from 5 to 3 regions based on the new pipeline (from 250 to 120 hotels)
    -Reduce head office and regional structure in partnership with the labour representatives that take advantage of leveraging the Accor organization, staffed new teams and managed the outplacement of impacted employees.

    -Manage the direct candidates flow for middle to senior level positions of the worldwide hotels (from Head of Departments to General Managers), regional support offices (Dallas, Luxembourg, Paris, Bangkok, and Dubai) and Paris Headquarter by working directly
