Embedded system design:
- In the industrial field: Regulating system for wine fermentation tank, logger dedicated for industrial processes traceability. Schematic, simulation, Assembler and C programmation (under MPlab/Hi-Tech for Microchip μC), prototyping.
- In the home equipment field: Thermostat and low cost distribution box for central heating. study of costs, schematics (Spice/Microsim), mechanics (Autocad), programmation (MPLab/Hi-Tech for Microchip microcontroller 16F73 + ModBus protocol implementation), layout (EasyPC), prototyping, printed board subcontracting.
- In the catering industry field: Professional « oil free » fryer for kiosks, snacks and sandwich bars. Embedded software finalization (RTOS under IAR design flow for Hitachi H8S microcontroller) mecatronic study (Infra-red sensors, step motors), customer validation.
Calibration and Bench test design:
- Bench test and computer applications development for product traceability during manufacturing. (Network database and measuring instruments management under WinDev/Labview and Visual Basic).
Dedicated machine based on induction heating:
- Graphite polymerization oven for car pistons: Definition and validation with the customers, follow-up and management of the automatism subcontracting (Siemens, Schneider automat), machine certification with qualified organizations (EMC, Apave).

Design under Freeway - Inway of SRAM macro with internal redundancy (Schematic, Simulation, Layout, View).
During 6 months, detached to IBM Facilities in Fishkill (NY, United States) as a Layout Engineer in the DRAM team (0.12um technology). I worked under AIX system and Cadence on the control parts, Word Line drivers, and glue logic.
