    Paris 2004 - 2008 23# American law firm, based in Los Angeles.
    In 2004, I joined the IT Training team of Paul Hastings, an international law firm (US-based, 2000 people, 18 offices worldwide) to accompany the development of their European operations. Within Paul Hastings I coordinate all activities related to the IT training. I train attorneys and the administrative staff, I create training documents and user guides, setup training calendars, mobilize required resources and this for all European offices. I report to the Director of Training based in New York. My actions can be split into 2 categories. The first is an ongoing mission of performance improvement and of usage alignment for the users of the Paris, London, Milan and Brussels offices. The second is the training-related coordination of special operations as, new applications rollouts or office openings.
    As an IT trainer I act on the field as a change vector bringing new usages / processes to users and ensuring that IT tools are properly understood and appropriated by end-users.
  • Econocom Managed Services - Account Operations Manager

    Puteaux 2000 - 2004 In 2001, I became the Account Operations Manager of the Econocom Team on site at Essec: IT Helpdesk (PC leasing, call center + onsite intervention).
    Along with the management of a team of 9-12 persons, I was responsible for maintaining incident resolution within Service Level Agreements and for reporting the IT support activity to the Essec’s Director of IS.
