  Project descriptionOperation Services Transformation (OST) Program has 3 main objectives:
  - provide client with an agile and resilient infrastructure by benefiting from private and public cloud computing solutions,
  - optimize IT operation and maintenance costs within the terms determined in financial agreement,
  - implement a "smart security" approach in order to have the best balance between agility and client security compliance.
  
  During the transformation phase, the infrastructure setup team will define, design and implements the 4 main pillars of the OST solution:
  - Pillar 1: Legacy. The legacy area contains all the environments which are not eligible to the other infrastructure Pillars or environments that are reaching end of life
  - Pillar 2: Agile infrastructure (Flexpod Cisco USC/Netapp for VMware vCloud Suite). The agile infrastructure hosts all the environments that have specific constraints preventing them from being transferred to a public cloud (Security constraints, Data localization, Application SLA...).
  - Pillar 3: Public Cloud (Amazon Web Services). This pillar hosts all the environments which have no specific privacy of security constraints and no high SLAs.
  - Pillar 4: Cloud Broker. This last pillar manages the Agile Infrastructure and Public Cloud, its main objective being to act as the first and single entry point for client cloud services subscription.

  The DISIC (Direction interministérielle des systèmes d'information et de communication) launched an experiment for the first interministerial catalog of services hosted on a private cloud, the issues are:

  - To define the mechanisms of service distribution
  - To build a "Proof of Concept" hosted on the G-Cloud (DILA)
  The definition of the prototype of service catalog is carried out jointly with the DILA, the DISIC and the Ministry of Ecology (MEDDE)
