In 2003, I've started my main experience in a worldwide company that designs, produces and sells goods for sports.
During this experience, I have made different jobs :
- Product Engineer (conception - sunglasses)
- Technical manager (management, conception strategies - all kind of optics goods)
- Production Manager (management, supplier animation - all kind of plastic goods)
- Product Manager for Optics (marketing and conception for sport optics range of products)
My main motivation comes form the products and I am really sensitive to design, ergonomy and final customer's satisfaction.
Since 2008, I have the opportunity to manage a team : I have learnt a lot and still want to improve in that direction (hire people, make them grow, create team spirit, motivation...).
I also have the chance to meet many different people from different origins, education, position and I travel quite often to visit suppliers, attends meetings, fairs... (Europe and Asia mainly).
