    - Own group P&L responsibility as a board member. The Group covers hundreds of brands and 400 stores operating within downtown, travel retail and online environment. My scope of responsibility covers all following customer sectors: Watches, Luxury Fashion, Sport and Entertainment, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Jewellery & Accessories, Food & Beverage, which are represented by world class brands such as Rolex, Hermes, Mickael Kors, Victoria Secret, Nike, Bvlgari, Chanel or Godiva. It generates hundreds of Millions USD revenue a year and employs close to 4000 people.
    - Lead Country General Managers to drive sales, profit and all retail-oriented targets in all countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Macau, Philippines, Australia & New Zealand).

    Achievements:

    - Maintained P&L ratios and profitability in 2020 & 2021 disrupted financial year.
    - Partnered with the CEO to identify and then lead various revenue channels that helped survive 2020 crisis, from online businesses to private sales events.
    - Led restructuring, cost-cutting and re-organising projects across all countries to adapt company to “new normal” trading environment.
    - Re-engineered the entire SOP framework under ISO 9000 format, to establish world class standards across the company.

    Responsibility:
    - Led Alshaya UAE Central Operations Department, covering 56 brands and 782 stores.
    - Ambassador of the Alshaya Business, with influence spanning across all of the fashion stores, restaurants and cafes in the UAE, my responsibility covered the country P&L.

    Accountability:
    - Responsible, throughout the 7 UAE Emirates, for profitability focusing on loss prevention, audit, customer service, strategic & tactical marketing and business development, at the same time driving consistent operational efficiency and best practices in all stores via the company standard operating procedures.
    - Acting as a central point of store communication for the business, the team also protects the company's reputation, supports new brand openings and resolves any issues and problems on the ground.

    Achievements:
    - Achieved P&L bottom line profit results with double digit % growth, for 2 years in a row.
    - Supported consistent market growth at a pace of 80 to 100 stores openings a year.
    - Maintained customer satisfaction KPIs and successfully launched loyalty programs.

    Bahrain/Qatar/Oman 2011 - 2014 Responsibility & Accountability:
    - Led 3 countries’ operations and expansion, Bahrain, Qatar & Oman, from 2011 to 2014.
    - Drove a team of 3 Country/District managers, 40 stores, and around 260 people, and a support team.

    Achievements:
    - Turned-over Oman market profit situation from negative to positive.
    - Doubled Bahrain & Oman market stores portfolio size.

    Dubai 2008 - 2011 Majid Al Futtaim Retail is Carrefour franchisee partner.

    - All stores’ operations, P&L and sales performance management.
    - Actively participated to the Supermarket division Business Unit start-up in every aspect of the business (from concept to design, pricing and structural organization).

    - Multiplied sales volume by 2 in the first 6 months.
    - Grew Sales & profitability up to “year 3 business model” in only 9 months in one of my Business Unit.
    - From scratch, opened the first 9 stores of the new business model.

    - Full P&L responsibility of the business unit.
    - Handled various business Units, from 5 to 15 millions USDs revenue, from Deputy GM to GM, including community mall & petrol station.
