    2004 - 2005 My objective was to increase Market Share & Market Awareness of Alcatel “Enterprise” Communication Solutions, embracing IP PBX, Contact Center as well as Unified Communication Software by addressing Key Accounts in Indian Sub Continent (India, Maldives, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka), whatever the verticals.

    Negociate major contrat with Kanbay Software Inc for 10 000 VoIP users and Computer Associates.
    Overall Orders & Sales intake + 25 % YoY (8 M€ street price),
    Author of a 100 pages report on “Indian Enterprise Telecommunication Market.”
  • Alcatel-Lucent Saudi Arabia - Key Account Manager

    2002 - 2003 My job was to beef up business and relations with Saudi Armaco, largest oil producer worldwide.

    - Position Alcatel as Sole Source Vendor for large Turnkey Project (value 25 M€) for backbone switch, Optics and Lan Routers,
    -Kick-out Marconi ATM switch by Alcatel 7670 Multi Service Switch: PoC / CEO Visit / Best Price / Lobbying with Agent (value 10 M€).
    -Successful roll out ADSL backbone against Lucent for Residential use (1 M€)
    -Global Sales entry soars by + 100 % skyrocketing 55 MUSD over 2 years.
    -Put in place an effective Distributorship & related Purchase agreement with local partners in Saudi Arabia.
  • Alcatel-Lucent France - Sales Account Manager

    Paris 1998 - 2001 I’ve been in charge of TELECOM DEVELOPPEMENT account, main competitor of France Telecom for “Carrier to Carrier” business for Backbone Transit Switch.

    -Interface & Negotiate on a day-to-day absis with TD purchasers staff any proposals based on Framework contract.
    - Delivered substantial Sales revenues growth achieved 100 M USD over 4Years.
    - Maintaining good levels of profitability for all Business Division (Switching, Intelligent Network (IN), Services)
  • FRANCE TELECOM - TRANSPAC - Sales Account Manager

    1992 - 1998 I’ve sold and promoted “B2B” Transpac Added Value Services (Electronic Data Interchange, X400 mail system) for “SOHO” segment market.

    -Select & Sign & Run VAR contract with Software house “CEGID” to address Electronic tax declaration for 10K French accounting Offices. Target Sales 1 M€. Lobby action towards French Accounting & Legal Office Association
    -Build Offer to Department of Justice (Legal Offices) for an Open Tender in relation with Software House “Alcatel TITN” to address 15K French Legal Offices. Successful selected based on Technical, Commercial and upfront lobbying.
  • LINES TECHONOLOGY THAILAND - Videotex product manager

    1990 - 1992 - I’ve promoted & sold Videotext towards Private Market (BFSI & Hospitality) as a Cost-Effective & friendly Terminal.
    - I’ve also managed validation of Minitel Terminal agreement with T.O.T (Telecommunication Of Thailand)
    - Contribute to secure a 15 years B.O.T (Build Operate & Transfer) with T.O.T on Videotext technology.
