My current position is with Jones Lang LaSalle as Associate Director Middle East & North Africa responsable for the HSBC portfolio in region. I am based in Dubai since September 2008. Responsibilities are FM Operations ME&NA which includes the Mobilisation and Operational Management of integrated hard and soft property services.
Main objectives are mobilization and transition, continuous annual savings mainly in smart sourcing, innovation and the implementation through my on site teams of continuous improvements and organisational optimization.
I am a business professional with a demonstratable track record of achievements in a number of challenging roles in various service industries essentially at Global Multi Nationals. High on initiative and creative solutions, I have a hands on mentality and am strongly driven by result.
