2008 - maintenantIn charge of conducting a study on UNICEF’s 36 National Committees’ involvement in the Convention on the Rights of the Child reporting process
• Created and built an online questionnaire
• Documented and analyzed key findings from the questionnaire
• Built country profiles for each of the respondents to gather good examples and best practices
• Wrote a report compiling all the survey findings illustrated with best practices and good examples on the CRC reporting process for the National Committees’ use

• Managed all translations of key documents from and into the 6 UN languages and others (Bahasa Indonesia, Romanian, Tagalog, Hindi…)
• In charge of finding new translators when needed
• Monitored all budgets for translation
• Negotiated contracts and new rates with translators
Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids

2006 - 2007Part of a small international team set up to implement a plan for establishing the first international resource center on tobacco issues
• Participated to the growth of the international department and team by acting as point of reference for all new staff in DC and throughout the world (country offices and consultants)
• Supported the team in developing an international advocacy strategy, campaign objectives and lobbying activities
• Liaised with partner organizations in all matters (grants, communications, research, legal)
• Acted as the executive assistant to the Vice President of International Programs for 4 months
• Researched data and helped make policy proposals to the Vice President of International Programs
• Coordinated all translation needs
• Created and updated fact sheets and power point presentations
• Created and updated a comprehensive database of foreign reporters based in the United States
• Participated in the management of the first grant giving round
• Headed the recruitment, interviews and hiring process for the replacement for my position
