Trilingual Swedish, French and English with knowledge of Italian and extensive experience recruiting at all levels and all types of positions across Europe.

I am responsible for GE’s Digital Technology Recruiting (DTR) in Europe and for scaling the digital talent acquisition strategy across the region and build out of the digital foundry from scratch.

Worked previously for Dassault Systèmes, responsible for setting up and to manage the recruitment team of 8 recruiters at the moment in EMEAR. Before that, responsible for recruitment in South Europe, Russia and the Middle East region for the software company Autodesk.

As a headhunter I worked with international companies, seeking high caliber talent for senior Executive positions and have recruited people in the Nordic region, Germany, UK, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Italy and Spain.

    • Analyse the needs with the client to establish the right profile.
    • Establish the job descriptions.

    • Pre-selection and evaluation of the candidates by telephone.
    • Participated in the candidate interviews and the follow-up of the recruited candidates.
