    2015 - maintenant Head of the different Support and Services Quality and Safety Departments (around 40 people in total based in France and Germany) having the following mission and responsibilities:

    Mission:
    - Ensure Quality of Products & Services delivered by Support & Services (S&S) worldwide by representing the Quality function for the S&S Directorate
    - Support, on operational Quality issues, the operational S&S Directorate on the process
    effectiveness, improvement and product & services performance

    Responsibilities:
    - Maintain approvals & certifications within S&S perimeter
    - Ensure interfaces with the concerned Civil Aviation Authorities (EASA, FAA, TCCA…) for MOA/
    CAMOA/MTOA/FTOA topics
    - Support Corporate Quality (ISO/EN…) and Business Function Quality (DOA/POA) to maintain
    Certifications & Approvals
    - Define and Implement S&S Quality Improvement Plan in accordance with Corporate Quality
    Objectives and Improvement Plan
    - Support S&S Quality network and the International Quality Organisation with regard to Quality
    issues
    - Implement Corrective Action follow-up Process and challenge the Corrective Action follow up
    within S&S
    - Report periodically to the Accountable Managers for MOA and CAMOA activities and warn them
    about any events related to Quality & Safety concerns
  • Airbus Helicopters - Head of equipment Industrialization and maturity Department

    2013 - 2015 Inside the Global Supply Chain Quality Division, Head of a Department based in France and Germany in charge of the industrialization of aeronautical equipment for Programs in development and the maturity of equipment for the helicopters in production or in service.
  • Eurocopter - Equipment industrialization and maturity Responsible

    2011 - 2012 In Global Supply Chain Department, in charge of the industrialization of equipment for new Programs and reability of equipment for helicopters in production.
  • Eurocopter - Tiger Improvement Manager

    2009 - 2010 To manage the improvement plan for the Tiger Program in the frame of the Tiger Task Force :
    • to pilot and manage improvement actions for Eurocopter France, Germany and Spain,
    • to lead personnally an EADS Black Belt project for the Task Force : cost saved by the project in 2010 : 300 k€ of EBIT effective + 180 k€ of cost avoidance.
  • Eurocopter - Project Leader

    2008 - 2009 To lead an improvement project named “End-to-End” in charge :
    • to set the conditions for structuring, developing skills and harmonizing the different quality disciplines as well as exploiting the synergies between the quality departments seconded in the various Business Functions,
    • to foster the development of a consistent quality process over the product life cycle (end to end, from design to support)…

    2006 - 2009 To supervise an operational team based in France and Germany in charge :
    • to assess potential suppliers on design, industrialization, manufacturing, support and services capabilities,
