I am a young bilingual business professional with experience in business analysis, strategies development, project management, client relationship management and negotiation. I am enthusiastic about new technologies which allow companies to collaborate faster, and stand out in increasingly global and competitive marketplaces. As a team player and constant learner, IT and consulting companies are my leading playgrounds.

  • Accreon - Consultant

    2015 - maintenant • Project Manager in charge of splitting Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems to separate physicians’ practices: business cases definition; process development, validation and implementation; communication management with third parties (Department of Health…).

    • Defining and implementing a process to migrate data from any EMR system to the New Brunswick EMR.

    • Tailoring the New Brunswick EMR system to suit medical teams’ needs and training them on how to use the system.
  • Airtag - International Project Manager

    Chatillon 2015 - 2015 • Project Manager in charge of the KFC mobile fidelity system’s development; the embedded solution’s deployment, allowing the KFC fidelity system to be used in 840 stores in the UK and in Ireland.

    • Relationships Management: marketing and technical advisor for KFC UKI.

    • Managing a team of 7 people.
  • Canada - Business Development Officer

    2013 - 2015 • TFO (Toronto): managed the customer relationships; managed orders and deliveries for the purchasing division.

    • Tobique First Nation (New Brunswick): restructured the first nation’s governance and financial activity.

    • University of New Brunswick (Fredericton): recommended a strategic plan to allow the MBA program to penetrate the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) industry.
  • IRT B-com - Market Researcher

    2013 - 2013 • Performed market studies to target the most active places in the areas of advanced images technology; advanced networking technology and e-Health: 15 Universities and Research Laboratories identified as potential key partners in Vietnam and Brazil.

    • Conducted national and international benchmarks of the key Institutes of Technological Research to refine the b<>com' strategic positioning.
  • Miramichi Smokehouse Inc. - Marketing and Sales Officer

    2012 - 2013 • Analyzed the North American seafood industry and the New York City’s gourmet food industry.

    • Developed an Export Plan allowing the company to export its product to NYC.

    • Identified 8 key, potential NYC partners for the company and helped build relationships with 2 of them.
  • MyHomeDesign - Marketing and Communication Officer

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2012 - 2012 • Planned and implemented an upgrade of the company’s social media communication strategy by introducing the company on Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn.

    • Developed a partnership with "le Journal des Femmes"​, a prominent French women's web magazine.
