  • Revol Porcelaine - UK Sales Manager (Food Service & Retail)

    2014 - 2016 Jun.14-Feb.16: UK Sales Manager – Revol Porcelaine, culinary porcelain – LONDON
     Led the inception of the Revol Porcelaine UK office in London
     Developed sales to prime restaurants, hotels and corporates (1st export market - €1.8m turnover):
    - Created the first UK database (more than 300 contacts) and new accounts openings (Searcys, Hakkasan, Wood’s Fleet, The Savoy Hotel, The Royal Garden Hotel).
    - Worked in partnership with distributors (CCS, Lockhart, Nisbets, Jacksons, Parsley in time) and trained sales people.
    - Created special offers and promotions.
    - Implemented a commercial partnership with Craft Guild of Chef (the leading Chefs' Association in the UK).
     Managed the new development of Revol Porcelaine in the UK retail market:
    - Independently set up a retail marketing strategy (writing a market study of c. 50 pages and meetings with the main industry stakeholders: retailers, tradeshows organisers of HOME, Exclusively housewares and Spring Fair tradeshows, associations of retailers BHETA and BIRA).
    - Created a UK specific catalogue, general terms and conditions of sale and a retail database (more than 200 contacts).
    - Introduced Revol to departments stores (i.e John Lewis, Debenhams, Selfridges, Harrods), independent stores (Divertimenti, Sinclairs building) and websites (Occa design, Amara), new accounts openings (Henry Jibbs, Home Colours, Amara).
     Attended tradeshows (Wembley, Brakes, Hospitality show, The Restaurant show, Maison&Objet and Ambiente), opened and managed the Twitter account.
  • Comexposium - Business developer

    Paris La Défense 2014 - 2014 Jan-May.14: Business Developer Foire de Paris – Comexposium, organiser of professional & consumers tradeshows – PARIS
     Performed direct marketing and commercialisation of stands and derivatives (marketing tools, services) in the “handcraft & gastronomy of the world” sector of Foire de Paris 2014, Hall 4 (5,380sqm).
     Developed and followed up with a portofolio of national and international customers.
     Provided assistance to the exhibitors during the event (3,500 brands, 600,000 visitors in 12 days, in 220,000sqm exhibition).
  • Laboratoire Biologique Recherche - Product assistant

    2013 - 2013 Jan-Jul.13: Product Assistant – Biologique Recherche, cosmetic laboratory – PARIS (internship)
     Managed product launches: questionnaires, packaging and research of new suppliers, follow–up, sales growth and costs analysis.
     Carried out several projects with the “Ambassade de la Beauté” Spa: updated sales brochures, wrote care protocols and created customer books.
     Drove the “Programme Haute Couture” (custom-made care program): created care sheets and personalised care boxes.
     Performed communication projects: updated the press book, conducted interviews and organised the annual customer seminar 2013.
  • Magency Digital - Business Developer

    2012 - 2012 May.12-Dec.12: Business Developer – Magency Digital, digital event agency – PARIS (intern then consultant)
     Conducted the creation of the Magency Digital new offer: brainstormed on the digital positioning of Magency, wrote a market study, competition analysis and helped create the website.
     Oversaw the Heavent tradeshow (600 exhibitors, 17,886 visitors in 20,000 sqm exhibition) (stand choice, selection of applications animating the stand) and managed a team of seven sales people during the event.
     Performed direct marketing and sales of digital event solutions on tablets, mobiles and other interactive solutions.
     Carried out requests for proposal and developed personalised offers (Renault, Coca Cola, L’Oréal, Michelin).
     Attended in IMEX (worldwide exhibition for incentive, traveil, meetings and events).
     May-Jul.10 : Internship as Project Manager Assistant.
