    2013 - maintenant Launch of a new team ``Key Accounts'' to develop marketing plans with key Department Stores and Travel Retail Stores in Europe, across all Ralph Lauren brands (Menswear, Womenswear, Childrenswear)

    - Key Accounts Management - daily interaction with 25 partners in 15 countries (generating 50% of business) to plan 360° and cross-brand initiatives with post-campaign ROI analysis. E.g. Harrods cross-brand takeover generating 6M impressions and 10% increase in sales
    - VICs and Tourism - develop targeted marketing activities for HNWIs (especially Chinese, Russian,
    Middle-Eastern consumers). E.g. launch of a Chinese New Year campaign reaching 1M consumers and +18% increase in sales
    - CRM - led detailed CRM analysis to better understand end-consumers (profile, spending habits, etc.) and consequently developing specific initiatives and targeted communication. Analysis elaborated with 6 key partners (House of Fraser, La Rinascente, Printemps, etc.)
    - Travel Retail - new role to create and implement marketing campaigns for 18 airport stores in 11 countries, generating EUR 10M in sales. E.g. first Wimbledon competition in Airport stores: 360° campaign reaching 1M passengers and generating +130% sales

    2010 - 2013 Planned, managed and executed marketing campaigns with 2,500 clients across 21 countries. Total budget: EUR 2M/year

    - Planned and implemented seasonal marketing projects: advertising, outdoor and in-store brandings, windows, mailer and emailing campaigns, point-of-sales materials, in-store events (in average 200 attendees, EUR 15K budget), online and social media support
