    COURBEVOIE 2014 - maintenant • Perimeter composition - 25 affiliates with ~ 100 key-users,
    • Coordination of cross functional teams to assist clients SAP requests ~ over 300 opened requests per month,
    • Initial review / challenge of clients requirements and priority determination,
    • Monitoring of the correct request lifecycle to achieve solution at expected delivery date in accordance to budget and established SLA (Service Level Agreements) + communication of requests’ status
    • Preparation of KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) report on a monthly basis to steward results and establish additional action plans on each period,
    • Operational member on projects deliveries (new purchase-flow developed for African affiliates / MM SAP module, transport module for Zimbabwe and Jordan),
    • Key-stakeholder of the continuous improvement program “Satisfied”: processes performances’ analysis to drive innovation and set action plans + increase customer’s participation & satisfaction rates
