o Analyze actual data on a monthly basis , give warnings in case of weaknesses and recommend corrective measures
o Improve the quality and predictability of forecast figures, and optimize reporting processes
o Provide economic information : daily turnover, monthly economic dashboard
o Contribute to the constant improvement of processes and tools
o Contribute to the reliability of monthly closing : calculate and provide customer service and accounting departments with monthly provisions related to business activities (incl Vistex…); prepare all requested data for external audits
