• Support of the establishment of the AOP and the Statement of Works 2012.
• Support on the trades study, elaboration of planning with the architects and define priorities.
• Follow-up of deliverables (EVM, P2P...) and reporting to the program team.
• Unify Planning management: P2P, deliverables, planning.
• Support of the fuselage architect leader and his team -1000.
• Management of the Work Unit for the stress team.
• Management of an I-share for the follow-up of the Architect activities.

Etude d’implantation d’un nouveau système d’alarme incendie sur l'ensemble du site. Rédaction du cahier des charges, prise de contacts fournisseurs, analyse des offres et choix du prestataire.
Implantation d’un nouveau poste de garde et d’un local pour l’installation d’une nouvelle machine. Suivi de chantier, écriture du cahier des charges, réalisation de plans, planification des projets, analyse des budgets, gestion des sous-traitants.
