    • Member of the Extended European Management board. Reporting to the EMEIA CFO.

    • Country finance teams have full responsibility over Business Support (weekly sales forecast, inventory management, product allocations), Credit and Collection, local Financial Planning and Analysis, as well as local books close and statutory compliance.
    • Headquarter FPA Team is in charge of the EMEIA Profit and Loss and Balance sheet controls. Responsibilities are organized in 3 major areas:
    1. Opex, Capex planning, forecasting reporting and analysis. Books close. Investment decisions in people, facilities and sales programs)
    2. Unit Revenue Margin forecasting, reporting and analysis. Books close.
    • Headquarter Systems and Reporting Team is in charge of all financial systems development, all weekly, quarterly Units and Revenue reporting as well as all Sales employees commissions calculation. Also in charge of Compliance for EMEIA (SOX, FCPA )
    • In charge of all Corporate reporting, including Plan and Quarterly Business Reviews presentations to the WW Sales Executive team.

    Major achievements have been :
    • Completely revamp quarterly, annual Opex planning for better integration of sales, merchandising and marketing programs
    • Develop Cost of Sales (COS) analysis down to customer level for executive review to facilitate decisions making. Set brand new pricing strategy for India in coordination with Sales Team.
    • Implemented the Route to Market EMEIA Finance organization – now transferred under direct Mgt of EMEIA CFO.
    • Develop EMEIA Sales HC reporting that enabled much better hiring decisions. Fully part of key HC recruitment and investments decisions.
    • Excellent accuracy on books close; not one single audit adjustment since June 05. Best in Class for SOX compliance.
    • Significantly improved collaboration between local teams and Shared Service Center in Cork (Ireland), while pushing all transaction types tasks to the SSC .
    • Created a full Compliance Training program addressed to all EMEIA employees
    • Have received highest rating for each annual performance review – promoted Director in 2007
    • Have been one of the 7 finalists in 2009 for the Best Finance employee world wide (among 1000 employees)
