Pour accompagner les commerçants sur tous leurs canaux de vente (Internet, mobiles, centre d'appels et points de vente), Adyen leur met à disposition des outils issus des technologies de dernière génération.
Ces outils leur permettent d'optimiser leurs revenus en maximisant leur taux de conversion tout en maîtrisant coûts et risques d'impayés.

Sa capacité à traiter plus de 220 méthodes de paiement et 187 devises fait d'Adyen le partenaire incontournable pour leurs déploiements internationaux.

Adyen maîtrisela totalité de la chaîne du paiement : l'emission du contrat de Vente A Distance Sécurisé (VADS), le traitement des paiements, la prévention du risque et la gestion de la fraude, ou encore le rapprochement bancaire et le reversement aux commerçants (dans 14 devises de référence).

De nombreux clients, leaders de leur marché, font déja confiance à Adyen : Groupon, Getty Images, KLM, Mango, SoundCloud, PhotoBox, Skiset, Sarenza, Uber, VistaPrint ou encore Vodafone.

    - managing their integration to the Adyen platform.
    - driving their growth across different continents and within different payment channels.
    - providing consultancy-like advice about the international payments market.

    Working closely with the Adyen technical team to discuss the development of new features for merchants.

    --> Allopass (the European leader in secure micropayment solutions): over 10 million transactions per month, over 70 countries covered, the widest choice of payment methods on the market.
    --> Hipay (secure e-wallet granted Belgian Banking Commission (CBFA), beneficiary of the European passport for e-money institutions): a multi-language and multi-currency tool for buying and selling on Internet, with exciting new features like Parental filter, Multi-account management, Automatic revenu sharing, and European domestic payment methods.

    As a Key Account Manager at Hi-media Payments my role is to provide Publishers with optimised electronic payment solution to boost their digital sales.
  • Decathlon London - Oxylane Group - Online Sales Manager

    2010 - 2010 In charge of the online sales department for the Decathlon-London store, an international sport items retailer. Duties: - implanting and developing the online payment process and home delivery service on
    the Decathlon website www.decathlon.co.uk (multi-channel strategy for the store)
    - creating and implanting a treatment process of the online sale inside the store
    - recruiting and managing a dedicated team
    - managing partnerships (national carriers, suppliers)
    - animating the website to constantly increase the TO
    - budget planning and forecasting of the sales
    - improving the customer satisfaction (database and loyalty program management)

    2009 - 2010 In charge of the ski/snowboard department for Decathlon-London store, an international sport items retailer. Duties: - merchandising and improving the display of the department on the shop floor,
    following the commercial events as sales, loyalty program events
    - leading a team of 15 sales assistants (from 6 different nationalities)
    - budget planning and forecasting the activity (P&L tool management)

    2006 - 2009 In charge of the account management of sport websites inside digital agency, dealing with marketing and communication director clients. Duties: Traffic management/ Online marketing/ CRM consulting
    - developing/recruiting an affiliation network for www.oxylane.com (via ACT! software)
    - optimizing relationship with affiliates and checking the quality of recruitment
    - completing daily reporting procedures (via Google Analytics/Adwords and Xiti)
    - developing new ”customer-oriented” online services (E-mailing, newsletter etc)
    - managing online community projects (from taking a design brief, managing technical teams and campaign launch)
