    - re-defining the BU industrial developments & scope of business
    - being the project manager for a large industrial investment (35M€)

    Paris La Defense 2006 - 2008 In a team of 2 members, supervision of Areva NP localizations for nuclear heavy equipments in Shanghai area: quality surveillance, project management and manufacturing follow-up.
    Several projects followed dispatched at 4 chinese suppliers for a total amount of about 10 millions of euros.
    Target is to deliver good quality products on time for 2 nuclear power plants in China.

  • AREVA NP - Purchasing inspector

    Paris La Defense 2005 - 2006 Surveillance of Areva NP sub-contractors for nuclear heavy components: quality inspection, schedule checking and reporting.

  • Embassy of france in China - Deputy Nuclear Counselor

    2003 - 2005 Management of bilateral cooperation between France and China on nuclear affairs: industry, political relations, R&D.
    Improvement of french nuclear cooperation with China, reporting to all the french nuclear entities (industrial or governmental), participation to high-level governmental meetings.
