In charge of securitisation, validation and launch of Lyxor's index-based products (French and Luxembourger product range), their distribution, listing and passport. Participated in establishing internal documentation standards and regulatory intelligence of various subjects affecting index-based funds and product distribution.
  Primary tasks carried out:
  
  - Conducted a study of the rules, players (SPG/SPI) and products (mutual funds/general investment funds) stemming in particular from the MiFID, UCITS IV and AIFM directives: defined the activities that can be done as a service, through a business establishment or via a local distributor; validated and implemented scenarios of offering funds to the public in various countries, private placements/passive advertising (approved mediums used, adapted documentation to local format, etc.);
  - Created/modified/wound-up French and Luxembourger mutual funds (defined legal aspects of the project; counselled structured product and management teams; registered them with the market regulator and prepared the associated documentation);
  - Reviewed mutual fund marketing materials from a legal perspective (drafted guidebooks with rules applicable in this field);
  - Analysed and implemented internally new regulations (UCITS IV and AIFM directives/ESMA's Guidelines on ETFs and other UCITS/AMF and CSSF instructions);
  - Conducted contractual negotiations (depositary and registrar/paying agent agreements, management delegation, index licence agreement, distribution, rebates, etc.). ;

  2009 - 2009 the Banking/Finance Group. Took part in refinancing deals. Drafted surety agreements, documentation relating to loan or purchase agreements.
