En résumé

During my student years at the french business School ESC Rennes, punctuated by a 6-months exchange program in the NHH Norwegian School of Economics (Bergen, Norway), I always had a high interest into human resources & organizational behaviour practices.

However, it wasn’t until I returned from a one year internship break in Spain, that I realized it was the career path i wanted to follow. This one year internship, split into two six months placements, gave me the opportunity to work with truly inspiring and talented people, within innovative and rapidly evolving environment (Vestas: word’s 11th most innovative company, Harvard Business Review Press, 2011 // Penna PLC, Best companies to work for).

In May 2012, with my studies_almost_behind me, I was eager to develop further my HR professional skills and evolve within the same kind of companies. Consequently, I joined the global HR development team of Dassault Systèmes HQ for a six months end-of-study internship until November 2012. I'm now working for this company, the 3D Experience company.

    • End to end recruitment & onboarding for +11 BU’s, covering the countries of the Mediterranean basin, the Middle East, Latin America, the Caribbean and North & West Africa for managerial positions: realization of job descriptions, job offers publications, detailed phone and personal competency-based interviews, candidates' reports & reference checks.

    • Involved in the set-up of the HR Shared Service Center and participating actively in its staffing and ramp-up

    • Analysis of the Employee Survey Results, presenting an English written 70 pages file to top management.

    • Prepare and organize the new employee structure chart of the region for the Annual Performance Review.

    2010 - 2011 Publicly owned British global human capital management consultancy (leader in his sector in UK and third in Europe) with over 500 employees and 400 international associate consultants. Practice areas: attraction, development, retention and transition.

    • During my time at Penna, I worked both in the "Executive Search" area for clients like Google and in the "Learning & Development" area for clients like Orange.
