    Responsible for specification, coordination and realisation of integration and validation activities on the heart transplant of 3 SSI to Smartlock400T and interface with ETCS L2 RBC.
    In charge of on-site commissioning activities

    Successful commissioning of Smartlock 400T on 12 July 2015

    • Management of a team of 3 I&V engineer and T&C team
    • Definition of Smartlock400T validation strategy in a SSI heart transplant context
    • Specification and submission of Smartlock400T validation plans
    • Review test procedures and test reports
    • Type approval support for Smartlock400T by TfNSW Asset Standard Authority
    • ATRICS Panel Interface testing and acceptance with costumer
    • Follow-up of validation matrix to ensure a full test coverage
    • Follow-up of Signalling validation activities (SML400T Computer Based Interlocking) involving Alstom testers and 3rd party testers.
  • ALSTOM Transport - Integration & Validation Leader - Melbourne Regional Rail Link Project

    2011 - 2015 Responsible for the Integration and Validation of Interlocking, ATS and external interfaces on Melbourne Regional Rail Line project WP-A and WP-B.

    My mission is to deliver to customer Signalling and ATS in accordance with commitments taken on requirements, cost, quality and milestones.

    Management of Intergration and validation activities for Interlocking (Computer Based Interlocking and Maintenance sytem) and ATS.
    Interface with development center in Australia, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Interface with customer Metro
    Follow-up of testing procedures specification.

  • ALSTOM Transport - Testing & Commissioning Manager - Signalling Department - Algiers Tramway Project

    2009 - 2011 Responsible for the testing and commissioning of Signalling, SCADA, Telecom and AVLS systems on Algiers Tramway project – 23.3km, 38 stations and 42 tramways.

    My mission is to deliver to customer Signalling, SCADA, Telecom and AVLS systems in accordance with commitments taken on cost, quality and milestones.¨

    Management of commissioning activities for Signalling (Computer Based Interlocking and Trackside Equipments), SCADA (ATS, Energy and Commodities), Telecom systems (SDH network, IP telephony, CCTV and PA) and AVLS (tetra radio, tramway regulation). Responsible of a team of 7 persons.
    Interface with development center in Paris, Italy, Sao Paulo, Montreal ¨ Interface with customer EMA and SYSTRA
    Follow-up of specification and submission of the testing procedures Interface testing with other subsystems (power, trackwork,…)
  • ALSTOM Transport - I&V Engineer - Signalling Operation Department – Paris

    2008 - 2009 Responsible for specification and documentation of the testing and commissioning strategy of the new Alstom transit signalling platform URBALIS Evolution ¨

    2007 - 2008 Alstom Transport – Signalling Department - North East Line MRT – Singapore

    Responsible for signalling activities on Singapore North East line project – 20 km fully automated and driverless rapid transit line in commercial service ¨ Technical support to the operator ¨
    Analysis of the defects raised on the signalling system during commercial service Interface with development center in Paris to follow-up correction deliveries on trainborne and trackside softwares¨

    2005 - 2008 Alstom Transport – Signalling Department - Circle Line MRT - Singapore

    Responsible for testing and commissioning of Interlocking system on Singapore Circle Line project for Depot and Mainline – 33.3km and 29 stations of fully automated and driverless rapid transit line.

    My mission is to deliver to the customer the interlocking system in accordance with commitments taken on cost, quality and milestones.¨
    Management of commissioning activities for interlocking system (Computer Based Interlocking and Trackside Equipments). Responsible of a team of 3 persons.¨ Interface with development center in Italy ¨
