I have as well a large sector experience as I worked for different client types: EDF in nuclear department, Air France KLM cargo, Alstom transport, Louis Vuitton.

  • Accenture - Quality Manager

    Paris 2017 - maintenant Project one retail, Xstore integration - Louis Vuitton : Recast of a part of the retail IT (World deployment)
    - Creation of the test strategy for integration and user tests and management of the test during all the project. (Technical, Functional and business teams)
    - Guarantee a quality in process setup on the project :
    - Clear process with simple operational steps, provide good reporting for different level of management,
    - Check that our tracker tool is up to date for delivery and tests (Jira),
    - Propose improvement area to increase added value by simplification and automation.
    - Follow up of the versionning of all legacies linked to the project (due to evolutions or parallel projects).
    - Prepare cutovers from IT, test, business and training perspectives.
  • Accenture - Project Manager

    Paris 2016 - 2017 Project rehosting : Alstom IT re-build after the energy department purchase by General Electric (60 apps, 16 resources 1,2M€) :
    - Implementation of one reporting used for the progress of the project, the customer milestones and the billing.
    - Creation of the process for the flow request.
    - Follow up of the planning for 60 applications to rehost taken into account all constraints (dependency with other apps or project on going, priority, dead lines).
    - Management of the rehosting team (5 FTE in France, 3 in Mauritius and 8 in India).
  • Accenture - Test Manager

    Paris 2015 - 2016 Project Cargobus, AFLS integration - Air-France KLM (10 000 tests, 10 resources) :
    - Creation of the test strategy for integration and user tests.
    - Implementation into HPQC of the test referential (10 000 tests), the 3 campaigns and the associated reporting.
    - Management of the test planning and the environment usage with IT and production constraints.
    - Coordination with the design team and delivery team for change request integration.
    - Organisation of the retest process in short loops (1 release per week during 9 months).
    - Defect follow up for the 3 IT teams (quality of the description via daily meetings + reporting + metrics on delivery quality).
    - Production of 2 proofs of concept for automation.
    - Complete management of the test team (4 FTE in France and 6 in Holland).
  • Capgemini - Project Manager data migration

    SURESNES 2013 - 2014 Project SDIN data migration - EDF (Nuclear division) :
    - Management of the planning and migration teams (Annual turnover 4.5M€).
    - Industrialization for productivity by industrialization and automation (-3 FTE).
    - Monitoring the consistency of contractual and operational actions.
  • Capgemini - Functional Team Lead

    SURESNES 2012 - 2012 Project SDIN data migration - EDF (Nuclear division) :
    - Reorganization of the data migration team and industrialization of processes.
    - Management of the 3 front-office teams and milestones fulfillment : Workshops, functional specifications and tests of the migration chains, go live for production.
    - Presentation for the global deployment for the data migration, won by Capgemini.

    SURESNES 2011 - 2014 July 2014 - August 2014 : Internal development of the Capgemini division DIALM (Digital Industrial Asset Lifecycle Management).

    November 2013 - January 2014 : Commercial proposition for a China nuclear operatior (CCNO)
    Presentation to a Chinese delegation of the Capgemini expertise in the deployment and roll-off of an IT solution and data migration in the nuclear domain.

    October 2011 - December 2011 : Integration of a new invoice application - Lyonnaise des eaux : Proposal of a methodology, a training plan and user support.

    August 2011 - September 2011 : Presentation on the benefits and operation of SDIN to demonstrate the skills of Capgemini on the integration and deployment of complex solutions in nuclear domain.
  • Capgemini - Project Manager, Trainer

    SURESNES 2010 - 2011 Project SDIN training part - EDF (Nuclear division) : Design of 3 SI/Business trainings and provides 4 trainings EAM and ECM. Planning and follow up of the training sessions (22 different trainings on 8 locations). Management skills, customer relationship, delivery and financial monitoring (annual turnover: 1M€).
  • EURIWARE - SI authorizations Lead

    Guyancourt 2009 - 2010 Project SDIN - EDF (Nuclear division) : Coordination between applications to converge towards the creation of the matrix of IT authorizations sso. Creation of users gathering process and administrator guide.
  • EURIWARE - Functional Lead

    Guyancourt 2008 - 2009 Project PRISME – EDF : Management of the gas part with scope analyzes, development of KPI on the client portfolio. Building the quality process for a ISO certification commissioned by the client.
