    2010 - 2011 - Recruitment: in charge of the full recruitment process for middle-management roles, acting as a support to wineries teams on sourcing, selection processes and validation for lower-level positions.
    - Organisational Health and Safety: reactivation of the compliance-level training and procedures around OHS, tracking of cases with insurance brokers and payroll
    - Industrial & Employees Relations: advising the HR and operational managers and analysing business outcomes of two EBA negotiations across three different awards, in charge of some employees performance management processes
    - HR Controlling/ Compensation &Benefits: in charge of building and monitoring the staff costs budgets (± 12M AUD), advising the HR Manager on organisational reviews & remuneration packages design, supporting managers on controlling the P&L impact of their labour structure. Responsible for the LVMH Annual HR KPIs Report included in shareholders and compliance statements.
    - Global Estates & Wines reporting role: monthly consolidation, validation and analysis of worldwide headcount evolution & reporting to LVMH.

    - HR Controlling & Reporting: monthly reporting and analysis of global headcount evolution. Ad-hoc compensation, staff costs evolution and detailed headcount analysis upon request by HRD, interface for all HR approval processes between wineries.
    - Training & Communication: in charge of training plan for the Corporate Team, responsible for the HR pages of the company’s Newsletter, draft and circulation of HR announcements.
    - HR Admin: support to HRD (presentations, meetings and logistics), interface with Corporate Payroll for all administrative documentation (vacations, leave, and expenses), visa processes, expatriates visa & logistics support, interface of Parent Companies for Estates & Wines visitors.
