  • AMAC AEROSPACE - MECHANICAL ENGINEER

    2010 - 2011 Engineered the lining, the cabinet upper attachments and a satcom antenna upgrade on VIP narrow bodies.

    In charge of the floor structure modification and seat installation on a Boeing 777-200:
    Additional seat tracks on composite floor beams and between wing box longerons;
    Developed an “out of seat track attachment” for seating compliant with EASA CS25-562 (16G FWD Load);
    Definition and Installation of the new floor panels;
    Seat and divans specification (Motion envelopes, track spacing…) and installation;
    Drafter leading (up to 4 people) and sub contractor supporting;
    Production support during final assembly on aircraft.

  • Jet Aviation (Basel) - Engineering structure group leader

    2008 - 2010 Responsible for the structural modification of AIRBUS A319 projects into a VIP configuration.
    Planning of the internal engineering tasks and all subcontractor tasks.
    Definition of the cabin from floor to floor (floor structure, lining, cabinetry top attachment and electrical unit installation).
    Technical support to subcontractors and production departments during installation phases.
    Deputy of the Engineering Structure Group Supervisor
    Signing of drawing approvals to ensure drawing conformity in accordance with Jet Aviation’s standard practices.
    Ensure the continuity of the group organisation when the supervisor is out of the office.

  • Jet Aviation (Basel) - Aircraft Structural Engineer

    2006 - 2008 Design structural frame supports and fittings, intercostals structures, pressure vessel penetration and antenna installations;
    Production support during final assembly on aircraft;

    Definition and preliminary structural design of the frame station lining cross sections (headliner, sidewall, valence and window panels), lining attachments (secondary structure, ceiling grids…), wire routing supports and the layout of the additional electrical equipment on a B747 project fully outfitted from the cargo areas to the upper deck.

    Montataire 2005 - 2005 Etude de l'influence de la lubrification sur la mise en forme par emboutissage des aciers inoxydables.

  • ALKAN ( MBDA subsidiary) - Trainee (4 monthes)

    2004 - 2004 Trainee in charge of defining a way to standardize the material used in the production process to reduce costs and to save time required for the heat treatments of the material. The standardization had to fulfil requirements from Quality, Methods, Engineering and Supply Chain in accordance with the aircraft regulations in use as AECMA, AFNOR, prEN, DASSAULT, Air 9160/C ;
    • Database Use and Visual Basic computing,
    • Cost optimisation, Definition of the break-even point in date and value.
