  Description of duties:
  
  * Key interface between SD-Team to achieve the program's targets on time, cost, quality
  and manufacturability for a new product.
  * Coordinate Model Year Change launch /product change implementation and work with
  functional managers to identify the training needs and create training plans.
  * Ensure program adherence to BOS ( Business operating system ).
  * Ensure launch activities and reporting according to PLUS.
  * Create start-up plan for Model Year Changes and maintain timeline, activities check list
  and open issues list to ensure the program achieves customer milestones, internal
  deliverables, and engineering deadlines and plant start-up in line program timeline.
  * Stimulate TPM in new projects. ;
  * Collect and prepare product change implementation cost with Plant Manger.
  * Manage product change implementation cost according to program budget.
  * Ensure proper product change Management according CA/CN Process.
  * Coordinate delivery of all pre production parts (Prototypes, PV Build Pilot).
  * Conduct Manufacturing review.
  * Ensure the Manufacturing Site Readiness. ;
  * Act as key Interface between CBU program management, Engineering, Purchasing
  (Supplier Definition) and other operations in order to ensure Product Readiness through
  Design for Assembly and manufacturing feasibility.
  * Complete the launch performance report with the plant manager.
  * Create a Ramp Schedule of customer production build quantities and dates needed.
  * Ensure proper product change management approval and implementation process in the
  plant.
  * Ensure that all required quality documentation (PFMEA, Control plan) is completed and
  approved both internally and by the customer.
  * Ensure Advanced Quality Planning/PPAP, including customer signoff and Process
  signoff on the program.
  * Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work
  instructions or communicated in training.
  * Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.
  * Report all accidents, occupational illnesses and emergencies.
  * In addition to the above mentioned tasks other activities and responsibilities may be
  individually defined.

  Manufacturing, ...).
  * Animate GIQ (quality improvement group).
  * Animate and drive QRQC on production lines. ;
  * Updating manufacturing folders following a change product : work instruction
  sheet, FMEA, Layout, Control plan, process flow chart..
  * Optimization of production process: Compliance costs, deadlines and quality
  requirements.
