    Working closely with the Project Manager and the Deputy Project Manager. Organizing and maintaining overall correspondence system with Client and subcontractors. Ensuring that all mail is filed and kept up to date. Preparing presentations for the different Senior Management Meetings. Ensuring that monthly and weekly reports are out on time. Liasing with the different sites (India, Nigeria, Singapore, Korea, and Malaysia) to ensure that information is received on time. Organising various meetings between the sites including team building sessions (golf tournament, dinners etc...). . Doing the day to day secretarial duties and working closely with the Client. Lead Assistant with 3 other secretaries at peak period.

    Worked with the General Manager and the Administration / Financial Manager. Apart from secretarial duties, I acted as translator for the various expatriate employees. Did all logistics related to the 2 projects, (organizing travel arrangements, in charge of local contracts, helped with the recruitment of local administrative staff, allocating of office space, cars etc...). Supervision of other administrative staff (other secretaries). Was also responsible for the company's statutory records and petty cash, which often exceeded $20,000 a month.
