LONDRES

En résumé

Beginning with an interest for the natural world, I have spent over a decade in three different continents in roles exploring the agricultural industry and its global impact: from food trade to luxury leather production, acquiring a broad understanding of the challenges faced when working towards sustainable models in production systems.

My work is now dedicated to helping companies integrate sustainability as a critical aspect in their approach to ever-growing market demands.

Entreprises

  • VIVANDA - DIRECTOR and CO-FOUNDER

2015 - maintenant Vivanda was created to explore the possibility of sustainable production and international trade. Founding and leading this company has provided opportunities to explore, experiment with and analyse the environmental and social impact of production systems whilst remaining immersed in the realities of global commerce.
  • Hermès - PURCHASE MANAGER and STRATEGIC PLANNER ASIA PACIFIC Member of HCP management committee

Paris 2013 - 2014 This crucial, predominantly strategic role within the HCP group enabled me to use and develop research, analytical and project management skills to adapt quickly and effectively to often very challenging demands. Exploring and suggesting realistic solutions informed by knowledge gained “on the ground” of production sites, resulted in significant breakthroughs for the group and the industry.
  • SEABLUE - Purchasing Manager, Business Development Manager

2009 - 2012 Challenged with limited resources in a very competitive context, Seablue put me in charge of reshaping their approach to sourcing. Achieving this objective required me to conduct profound changes in the way the company was operating and even within its structure, sharpening in the process my strategic, managerial and creative skills.
  • Projet Aquacole - Project manager

2008 - 2009 Conscious of the critical need to integrate sustainability as a key aspect of global development, this project was a rare opportunity to guide a group of global companies towards a sustainable transition. With a solid understanding of the related cultural and technical aspects, this enterprise was one of the first of its kind in the country.
  • Distri Plus Asia - Product Category Manager

2003 - 2008 Joining a very young company in a developing country was a rare opportunity to be in the front line of this fast evolving world driven by globalization. This experience set the foundations of what would then become the foundations of my career: initiating and managing innovative projects, addressing the challenges of sustainable growth.
