    Paris 2010 - 2012 Procurement Controlller across Direct and Indirect spend areas:
    - Responsible for the strategic plan (3 years roadmap), annual budget, quarterly reviews and monthly updates of Procurement value creation, account payables (net working capital) and operating expenses (overheads) of the function liasing with Procurement Leaders, VP Finance Controllers and Business Leaders .

    *Program management support provided to the European Procurement Director and sparring partner role provided to project leaders for European projects (incl. the design and implementation of a new procurement organization, transfer of all country-transactional processes to one single European hub center and the roll-out of a worldwide spend analysis tool)
    * Development of procurement tools and scorecards for Europe region and extended to Global Procurement divisions (incl. strategic sourcing / category management review templates and Supplier Relationship Management process) and a European procurement sharepoint web portal to set up appropriate communication channels.
    * Responsible of the savings process in the region (liasing with the US headquarters representatives). Organisation of training sessions across Europe.
    * In charge of the budget operating expenses for Procurement and Operating Plan process to establish annual budget of external spend encompassing 23 countries and regional teams
