► CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
• Kraft Foods: I enabled 729.000 € yearly savings using 2040 tons less packaging per year: To replace glass jars, I developed 69,6% cheaper and 97% lighter doybags and Implemented 5 lines in WE and CEE, all within the timelines and cooperation with BUs, operations, procurement.
• Ab InBev: I managed a budget of 210.000 € over 1 year on my 2 main projects. My biggest project enables to save 1.334.000 € on logistics costs for WE, allowing 33% more finished goods in trucks and 702 less trucks per year on the roads.
