  Paris 2008 - 2011 * Management of all UTRAN problems encountered on site by the 3G customers of Alcatel-Lucent on 2 major software releases: UA5 and UA7.
  * In charge of the supervision, the reporting and the communication for all the critical issues raised by the 3G operators in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

• Alcatel-Lucent - UMTS Support Engineer

  Paris 2005 - 2008 * Investigation of UTRAN problems encountered on site: analysis then study and validation of technical solutions with respect to the deadlines imposed by customers.
  * Responsible for the technical coordination between French and Chinese 3G support teams (distribution of workload, monitoring of various problems set by customers…).

• Nortel Networks - Telecom Engineer

  Toronto 2002 - 2005 * Specifications writing, then software development in C/C++ language and unit tests of the Call Processing part of the Nortel RNC. In particular involved in the HSDPA development and integration in the product.
  * Training of several foreign engineers on the development process used by Nortel, then monitoring of their project: writing specifications and establishment of their planning, monitoring of the deadlines and validation of their developments.

• Nortel Networks - Real Time System Engineer

  Toronto 2001 - 2002 * In charge of development, support and sustain of the software implemented in the GSM BTS. Development of specifications, C and C++ coding of the software based on a real time kernel (RTC), unitary tests (Tornado debugger) and integration of the new features.
