    2013 - maintenant Managing and developing new and existing Key Clients for all lines of business (Group Medical and General business) with the objective to maximize retention and service excellence.
    * Manage the existing book of Key Corporate Clients (USD42m in 2013) for all lines of business ;
    * Restructure Department to ensure service optimization, in particular on the Group medical side;
    * Work with other internal departments to smoothen operational processes;
    * Develop the book with new Corporate sales - Grew book to USD62m in 2014 through new sales (Group Medical) and cross sell on existing clients (affinity products - Travel, PA, Motor...) ;

    2011 - 2013 In charge of preserving the existing book of business, restructure the department and generate additional revenues.
