  • CMA CGM - Senior Project Manager

    Marseille 2015 - maintenant The goal I was given to achieve as a Senior Project Manager at CMA CGM is to be in charge of some of the most visible technical and integration projects.
    Among them :
    - 2 Hadoop clusters deployment
    - Dual Site network integration
    - Oracle ODI
    - …
    For this purpose I have to coordinate daily both development and infrastructure resources on onshore and offshore locations.
    I am also accountable for delivering PMO tools such like status cards, portfolios report.
  • Arkadin - Service Manager

    Paris 2014 - 2014 During these 3 months passed at Arkadin my main duties were to manage the execution of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
    I also had to handle the Release Management of the entreprise core application which is distributed on the 5 continents.
    Following a production crisis I also had to lead a work group which was in charge to define a roadmap for the enhancement of Quality of Service.
  • Gemalto - Transition Project Manager

    Meudon 2014 - 2014 I joined Gemalto as a subcontractor to step in on one of their most visible and valuable ‘’E-Journey’’ project.
    Its scope was to deliver a fully integrated border control solution to Ghana Immigration Services.
    For this mission I had to stay around 5 months in Accra, Ghana. It was a great opportunity for me to assess that I am ready for an expatriate experience.
    My duties on this project were to :
    - Make sure the technical project to be ended and accepted on time with the expected level of quality
    - Define the organization and tools to be implemented to manage the recurrent services of the project products
    - Define the transition plan in accordance with the customer
    - Manage the day-to-day relationship with the stakeholders (at a ministry level)
  • Eiffage Énergie - Proposal Manager

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2013 - 2013 My role during this fixed-term mission was to organize the answer to a call for proposal for a GSM backhaul project.
    The project involved several skills such as FH and VSat networks, wind and solar power supply, ITIL organization.
    Thus I had to coordinate the contributors, define the proposal framework, find a solution to technical and organizations issues, and finally build the proposal folder.
    This project has a budget above 40 millions euros.
  • Eiffage Énergie - Proposal Manager

    Vélizy-Villacoublay 2013 - 2013 My role during this fixed-term mission was to organize the answer to a call for proposal for a GSM backhaul project.
    The project involved several skills such as FH and VSat networks, wind and solar power supply, ITIL organization.
    Thus I had to coordinate the contributors, define the proposal framework, find a solution to technical and organizations issues, and finally build the proposal folder.
    This project has a budget above 40 millions euros.

    Marseille 2006 - 2013 For more than 6 years I have been in charge of managing some of the most prioritary technical and organizational projects within this worlwide company.

    New Tower Program : Build of the Data Center, LAN, WAN , MAN and ToIP infrastructures of Head Office, Data Center and users moves

    >1800 MD, one year duration + 150 k€ lump sum contract
    >Project team up to 20 persons
    >High level visibility project, strong external constraints (structural work)
    -Coordination of 10 sub-projects (delegation of PM activities to non PM people),
    -Steering of the infrastructures design and build (Cisco technologies),
    -Organization of users (2100) and Data Center (600 servers, 80 network devices) moves,
