  2013 - maintenant IT project manager within an international project, aimed at redesigning the company's Laboratory Information Management System. I'm leading the development team on a 3-tier lab storage application, destined to be deployed in 200+ labs across the world. We're also developing a mobile version of our lab storage application for logistics teams.
  We're working according to Agile principles so as to fully involve our customers and to quickly react to change.

• ZOZ & Partner GmbH - Development Manager

  2004 - 2013 Development team leader on the OP² (Optimierte Projektplanung) project, a product development life cycle management application.
  Main tasks : conception and realization of several OP² modules, like Quotation, Roadmap and Production Volume Forecast.
  Training team members on Agile methodology and web development techniques WPF/Silverlight and ASP.NET MVC.
  Organizing code review sessions and source code test procedures.
