    Project of deployment of a SAP core model in the European affiliates (Template Europe). Intervention in Luxemburg, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, France, United Kingdom.
    Responsible of go-live plan: interfaces, data conversions, authorizations, training, communication, progress indicators.
    Functional and technical specifications for oil products.
    Responsible of data migration teams in NL, FR and UK, preparation of core model tools, hiring and training of teams, data migration strategy for all domains and modules from various legacy systems (SAP R/2, SAP R/3, JD Edwards …).
    Management of teams of 10 to 80 people in data migration and go-live realization.
