    Paris 2016 - 2017 Within the IT TSA program, a two year transition services agreement, I was in charge of the separation for the applications scope, 608 applications and a portfolio of 71 projects of 10M€ budget. A challenging mission, completed successfully on time and within the budget.
  • General Electric - Delivery Group Manager

    Paris 2015 - 2016 In charge of the support of 16 applications, 13 000 users, of which 12 SAP, I manage a yearly budget of 14M€ and a team of 53 people front and offshore. As part of my responsibilities, I liaise with internal customers and suppliers and supervise the support activities (incident, change and problem management) according to the Service Level Agreement including via external partners. I guaranty the availability and the performance of the scope and application compliance with the rules of internal and external audit.
  • Alstom Group - Solution Manager / Transition Manager

    Saint Ouen 2013 - 2015 SAP application management : Ensure availability and performance of critical and sensitive applications according to the Service Level Agreement (3M€ budget/3200 users). Product reportons KPI's, define and guaranty support procedure and methodology, lead and operate a continuous improvement of the scope for internal customers.
    Design and execute the transition plan from project into the support organization. Built a local team (10 people) to ensure the post go-live support period before handing over the support to external partner (offshore team)
