The Espa Group is an internationally established organization, which carries out its activities in the water and energy sectors.
The Espa Group employs over 2,000 people in its production centres in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, China and Romania, and it has business operations in all international markets, with subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Chile, Argentina, China and the Lebanon.
The main activities of the English subsidiary are:
- The distribution of the products of the parent company in Great Britain
- The manufacturing of booster sets for various applications.
1) I was in charge of the Audit of the Business Units of this company in order to find out how to increase their profitability:
- Analysis of the Sales, Cost of Sales and Gross Margins of the different products.
- Analysis of the General overheads and the financial overheads, analysing the best method to break down all the direct and indirect costs between the activities down to the product level.
- Calculation of the Net Profit for each activity and the main products.
- Recommendations of ways to increase the profitability of the business units and main products analysed.
2) Implementation of calculation tables of the cost prices and the sale prices of the manufacturing activity.

IVRY SUR SEINE2004 - 2004Au cours de cette experience de vente de 2 mois (Novembre-Decembre), ma mission principale était celle de conseiller de vente de l'espace Image et Son du magasin.
Nous avions également des objectifs individuels de vente de contrats de service: 93 contrats.
Réalisation personnelle : 114, 3eme meilleur vendeur du département Image & Son (20 personnes).

In the company, I was in charge of the Analysis of the Financial and Organisational structures by doing a comparison of the company before and after its restructuring and strategic repositioning (mid 2003-2004):
- Analysis of the evolution of the Balance Sheets and the Profit & Loss Accounts from 2000 to mid 2004.
- Analysis of the Cost reductions achieved throughout this period.
- Study of the improvements done in terms of salary progressions in relation to the employees.
- Analysis of the impact of the motivation tools on the performance of the people
