    2007 - 2012 Objective of the position: post was created to implement all aspects of risk control and organize the company to the forthcoming crisis (unemployment rising from 6% to 23% in Latvia)

    Perimeter : Credit acceptance (20 people) – Debt collection (30 people) – Risk team (3 people).

    Creation of workflows and management tools
    • Implemented with the French Head Office scoring rules + acceptance procedures.
    • Industrialized collection (creation of a segmentation tool, user interface for collection agents and dashboards to measure performance on Excel-Access). 18 months later, implementation of Collection software Indus® with Indian contractors.
    • Managed the implementation of Permanent Supervision (PS) on each department of the company and Compliance.

    Team management (50 people)
    • Definition of workflows, objectives of each team (Soft – Field – Legal ) and implementation of variable salary policy. Selection of external partners.
    • Re-implemented field collection and car seizure.
    • Implemented competition between internal collection and external providers with weekly follow-up.
    • Recruiting and dismissal of employees.
    • Created the Audit department in Inserviss and trained two auditors.

    • Member of Inserviss executive committee.

    Results :
    • Improvement of acceptance indicators (% of files in collection 3 months after credit acceptance)
    • Efficiency (% debt collected/debt to collect) in Soft collection increased by 50% (reaching same level than other SG subsidiaries despite strongest crisis in Europe -22.9%)
    • Re-implementation of Car seizure and resale (Over 400 cars from long term debtors have been seized)
    • 41 procedures and over 40 PS controls implemented
  • Société Générale : Training department, Paris - France - Finance training

    2004 - 2007 Objective of position : train the French SG network (2300 branches)

    • Created or animated training on financial analysis, personal securities and Basel 2 regulation.
