    In charge of the business management with the responsibility of a 300M$ P&L. Management of a team of 1000 employees including R&D Center, 6 Plants in Europe & 1 in China, Marketing, Sales, Sourcing, Quality & Finance.
    * Lead the Gloves, Clothing, Hearing & Eye Face LOB strategy (5 years plan), planning and execution, including: Productivity plan, Product Life cycle Management, product line rationalization, new product introduction, Sales plan, Key achievement = from 6% to 19% OI in 3 years
    * Lead Key Honeywell Initiatives within the LOB :
    * Design a lean organization, setting a Management Operating System
    * Implement the new product introduction process, including time to market and market penetration increase
    * Develop new segment on the Clothing business (20M$), negotiating the end of TBL Pro license, Launching a new Brand (H Line)
    * Improved plant productivity (insourcing, closing of factory, downsizing and transfer to eastern region)
    * Increase the overall SIOP maturity within the line of business - decrease by 30 % the inventory level, increasing the service level by 5 %
    * Accountable for Operating Income through responsibility for: development of gross profit, product mix improvement, SG&As and pricing. Individual performance indicators: Sales Revenue, Operating Income and Working Capital
    * Focus on driving cross functional key projects and processes such as: pricing governance, order to cash, sales and marketing linkage improvement, SIOP (demand / supply planning), VOC (customer requirements),SEA (Schedule of Executive Approval). Implement ``Honeywell Operating System'' Business Management system, deploying X-Matrix (breakthrough goals)

  • Shared Service Center - SSC Europe director & Corporate Cost Controller

    2004 - 2009 30 people. Managing 20 French entities (financials statement for the stand alone entity, management reporting, and consolidation reporting.), cash collection for all the French business, managing the DSO. In charge of the financial analysis of the worldwide Corporate Cost (general management, finance, legal, IT, HR, Merger and acquisition, 40 M EUR of SG&A). Local Gaap and IFRS (part of the first reporting project). From 2006, management of two Swedish entities, and one UK.
