  Role as a resource for the Global Serialization Program of Pfizer:
  Act as a liaison among the Serialization Project Management Office, Business Technology Service Enablement, &

  * Drive above-market and local serialization-related projects ;
  * Monitor & inform on evolving mandate-specific status ;
  * Facilitate the resolution of issues ;
  * Support the initiative through all phases of the operating model.
  
  Role as Client Partner for Business As Usual :
  Act as a liaison between Business Technology and the Market to
  * Determine and influence solution ``fit'' and cost ;
  * Drive above-market and local serialization-related projects,
  * Monitor and inform on evolving mandate-specific status,
  * Facilitate the resolution of issues ;
  * Support the overarching initiative to ensure a sustained state of compliance.
  
  In this role I worked closely with external entities over Europe on the implementation of the European Delegated
  Regulation for Product safety (EU FMD Mandate). I worked with the European Federation of Pharmaceuticals
  Industry Association to design and build the European Medicine Verification System but also with countries
  (France, Belgium, ..) to implement their national system and organization.
  I worked also with the International Federation of pharmaceutical Manufacturers and Association on a IT system
  to help protecting medicinal product and supply chain.

  Main Missions:
  I'm working for the Production Execution System domain in charge of all the IT systems linked to the production
  (Manufacturing Execution System, Warehouse Management and control system, Manufacturing Intelligence -
  reporting and efficiency)
  Business As Usual activities:
  - Functionally lead all PES domain activities in the European region, directing the day to day activities in
  the region
  - Identification of synergies for BAU support and projects within PES domain to optimize use of resources
  and to reduce TCOs
  - Coordinate all ongoing BAU and projects within PES in the region
  - Strive to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of BAU and projects within PES

  - Develop and manage Site requirements and enhancements with local business and IT teams

  for the installation of a new distiller.
  Architecture: 2 PLC S7 300 SIEMENS (linked with an industrial network Profibus DP).
  
  * In charge of the Qualification and Validation of a new distiller and a new labelling
  machine: Redaction of the Validation Plan and the Validation protocol. Coordination and
  Supervision of the Qualification tests (IQ, OQ and PQ)
  
  * Programs Developer on DCS for an API plant. Performed the functional specifications
  (following the SP88.1 policies), built, tested and deployed the system.
  Architecture : DCS ABB with 2 UNIX servers - 8 regulation units - 7 Workstations.
  
  - Modification of the PLC program for injectable manufacturing
